Do you offer done-for-you ads or just strategy?

I don’t manage ads. My work focuses on designing clear, intentional websites and client journeys that support your marketing so nothing gets lost in the process.

If you already run ads or plan to, I ensure your website, forms, and follow-up are aligned and ready to convert.

How do I know if we’re a good fit to work together?

What’s your turnaround time for projects?

Timelines depend on your selected service:

  • Client Journey Website Build: typically 2–3 weeks

  • The Aligned Digital Experience: typically 3–4 weeks

  • Direct Brand Partnership: delivered monthly

Timelines may vary based on client responsiveness and providing required materials. Each project includes clear milestones so you always know what’s next.

Do your tools or guidance replace therapy?

No. My work supports clarity, structure, and storytelling in your business, but it does not replace therapy or professional mental health care.

Do you offer refunds?

All deposits for service builds are non-refundable.
Monthly retainers are non-refundable once work for the cycle has begun.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital purchases are final.

What platforms do you build on?

I build on the platform that best supports clarity, ease of use, and long-term sustainability for your business.

Most website and client journey builds are done in Squarespace. Supporting tools are added only when they genuinely improve flow and functionality.

Do you offer support after the build is complete?

Yes. Every website and client journey build includes 7 days of post-launch support for questions and small adjustments.

Ongoing support or additional builds can be booked separately.

Do you offer monthly retainer work?

Yes, through my Direct Brand Partnership, where I collaborate with a limited number of brands each month on long-term, story-driven content.

This service focuses on aligned visibility and thoughtful integration. It does not include ad management.

Do you sell digital products or templates?

Yes. I offer a small selection of digital resources designed to support clarity, reflection, and intentional growth.

These products are standalone and do not include services or ongoing support unless explicitly stated. They’re created to be useful on their own, whether or not we work together.
